We partner as the primary integration partner for a self-hosted security platform, providing specialist expertise across deployed security and SIEM technologies. The engagement started with project-based delivery to establish and integrate the platform, then evolved into a hybrid build and BAU model. As the platform matures, the engagement transitions to a structured BAU support model: ongoing support, maintenance and advisory, while supporting the upskilling of internal resources so they can sustain operational capability and reduce reliance on project-based effort.

We supported an airline moving from a complex on-premise observability environment to a cloud-based platform as part of a broader resilience and modernisation programme. The work was not a simple lift-and-shift. It involved multiple application teams, a large number of data sources, and an ageing environment that needed cleanup as part of the move. We worked closely with stakeholders to shape the design, plan the migration path, and make sure the resulting platform was more sustainable and easier to evolve.

We worked with an insurance provider that processes large volumes of financial transactions across multiple channels and teams. The customer needed stronger control over error, duplication, and fraud risk, along with clearer operational visibility across the underlying data. We designed and built a dedicated monitoring solution to support that need, then continued to enhance it over time as the customer’s requirements evolved.
